Unlike man-made islands in Dubai, this masterpiece is a playful creation by the all-mighty Nature. Niagara Falls
One of the most beautiful borders in the world comes in a form of a waterfall. To be more exact, Niagara Falls consist of three waterfalls which are located in between USA and Canada and are a popular tourist destination. Although you can’t replace the feeling you get standing next to tons and tons of water falling into a lake, you can enjoy the Google Maps view.
Mount Everest
The world’s highest mountain has to be listed among some of the most amazing Google Maps locations. Mount Everest is 8,848 meters (29,029 ft) above the sea level, but once you open its location, you will see that the number isn’t only fascinated thing about it. The entire Mahalngur mountain range creates a beautiful image which everyone should see.
The Bahamas
This coral-based archipelago can be used as a synonym for perfect beaches and a summer vacation. Clear blue water, sand, and palm trees which The Bahamas can offer are a dream resort for many of us. Alaska North Slopes
Alaska is known for its permafrost and it isn’t surprising that snow and ice cover the soil throughout the year. As water flows to the sea through shallow braided streams, many pools and ponds are left behind. Acraman Lake, Australia
Sometimes, when creating beautiful landscapes, nature needs a help from the above. These gorgeous images actually represent a crater which was carved by the meteor some long, long time ago. The crater, which is believed to be much larger than it is today, is filled with water and is known as Acraman Lake. The lake can be found in Southern Australia and it’s unquestionably a location you have to see on the Google Maps.
Kiritimati
In the middle of nowhere, in the central Pacific Ocean, you can find the small Republic of Kiribati. As part of the republic, you can zoom in on Kiritimati, or better known as Christmas Island. This tiny raised coral atoll is the biggest of its kind in the world and it’s undoubtedly one of the places to be included on our list. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to enter Street View to swim around the corals but you enjoy satellite imagery for hours.
